The European founders, who acquired part of shares of the «Zdorovye» group of companies, have completed the audit of the company with a view to bringing it to an IPO.

One of the leaders in the pharmaceutical industry in Ukraine — Pharmaceutical Company «Zdorovye» is entering an IPO. The European founders, who acquired part of shares of the «Zdorovye» group of companies, have completed the audit of the company with a view to bringing it to an IPO. The audit was conducted by the well-known British company Hanson Asset Management.

The company launched the procedure for registration of medicines produced in Ukraine in Europe. This suggests that the «Zdorovye» Company seriously intends to enter the European markets for medicines. At present, Pharmaceutical Company «Zdorovye» has finished the reconstruction of production. Medicinal preparations of all dosage forms are produced in accordance with requirements of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). Reference: Pharmaceutical Company «Zdorovye» produces more than 350 items of medicines of all pharmacotherapeutic groups. The company employs more than 1,300 people. The «Zdorovye» Company is the first company among the Ukrainian producers that manufactures medicines in the form of carpules. In terms of sales, the company ranks fourth among Ukrainian pharmaceutical manufacturers and is one of the leaders among Ukrainian producers in terms of sales of drugs in the CIS countries. The company's production facilities meet the GMP requirements.
