On September 19, 2016, the wonderworking icon of the Mother of God "Most Holy Mother of God" was presented to the Church of Saints Peter and Paul. The icon was brought from the Holy Mountain, was painted by monks and consecrated by the rector of the Holy Place monastery. As it was noted by the rector of the Church of Saints Peter and Paul, Protopriest Valentin Kovalchuk, this is a real miracle for the church, as the event occurred on the day of celebrating feast of Memory of the Miracle of the Holy Archangel Michael.

The second miraculous icon — the Iveron Icon of the Most Holy Theotokos was presented to the Church of the Myrrh-bearers. The icon of the Virgin Mary with the Child is revered as a miraculous one. The icon was brought from the Iberian monastery on the Holy Mountain in Greece.
